    I can only find them w/ 4-1/4" bs on a 17x8 wheel Will that fit my '66? They are advertised on Mustangs Unlimited as a wheel for my car, but most I have seen are running 4.5-4.75 bs.

    Brake Bleeding Issue-66 Manual Drum Brakes

    I believe the vent hose vents the axle, not the brakes. If you replaced the MC you may have to purge more than 6 times. Probably need to really bleed the system from the passenger rear to get all the air out. Someone else who has done it may be able to better answer.

    do you also have a/c? Condensate drain could be leaking on that side too. The carpet and pad will stay wet and cause rust.

    Buy the white one and put a red leather wrap on it. Chances are that if the white one is an original wheel, it will have some cracks too. My black one does.

    Can you just take off the metal one on the race weekends? Do they require that you have 'something' there? Seems like a difficult proceedure to put it on and take it off all the time. Not to mention risky to your paint.
