    Running 8ohm sub with an amp optimized for 4 ohm

    Tryin to fit subwoofers in the trunk.

    I have a 12" JL W6 in a 1cuft box and it performs great. I don't even have my sub amp turned up more then 1/2 way. I guess you could squeze two 12's in there, but why not get one high end 12 and that should be plenty if its all done right. ~K
