    Water boils at 212* at atmospheric temp. so it cannot be at 210-220 when you open the cap with any pressure. It would be boiling and steaming with no pressure and gushing out with pressure. Get an aftermarket gauge and verify temp.

    HUGE Problem!!! Need help.

    I did the exact same thing with a water pump bolt. I managed to chip out the extractor leftovers with the tip of a tap(or something else very hard) and drill out the body of the bolt without violating any of the threads. I have yet to have a good experience with extractors IMO.

    I would replace the master cylinder with a decent brand name. I bought a rebuild and the front brakes only worked. Opposite of your problem. I bought a wagner and its works fine.

    When removing the tie rods, I like to back off the nut to the end of the stud and hit it with a mallet rather than pickle fork it off. Also if you get new inner sockets, make sure they are they same length as your old ones. Mine were different lengths and messed up my toe settings.
