    Make sure the o2's are switching from lean to rich and arent stuck in closed loop. From the symtoms it sounds like an o2 but you said you put new ones in you may have a bad computer? :shrug: check out to see if they are switching correctly.

    Any silicone really will seal it. It only needs one gasket on it. Is the bypass hose going to the waterpump leaking? Are you sure all the bolts are tight? If all of that stuff checks out you may have messed up the gasket and you'll need to get a new gasket.

    You usually can get away with not burping the system for just a drain a fill. But they sell a thing called a "spill free funnel" most reputable parts stores sell them they have a radiator cap with a hole in them and adapters and a funnel that goes on the adapter and you fill it up till a lil...

    Supercharger blew PCV valve out...

    How many miles are on the engine. It sounds like you got some exessive blowby and didnt notice it till you put the blower on. Try putting a breather in the valve cover.

    I got a brand new proform one from ebay for like 100 bucks i belive its universal fit so it fits on everything their user name was chevypartsguys. Dont worry though its a universal fan it fits on everything.

    Yeah youd wanna run the 26x10.5 et streetsi have the 28's on mine and i had to roll the fenders and the quad shocks are removed. Hooser also makes a quicktime pro dot that fairly decent for cheaper i belive. I personally like the hoosiers better i have to burn the MT's pretty good to get them...

    If your got it apart to the timing chain its one of those "you might as well do it while your in there" kinda things so i would just replace it. I wouldnt worry about damaging anything by cleaning them though.

    Blue smoke is a sign of burning oil. The valve seals could be leaking but it wont affect your oil pressure. If it doesnt smoke real bad and you arent having to add oil i wouldnt really worry about it.

I was just wondering do you use regular c clip axles with this kit or do you have to get axles with the c clip elimination.     Need help with a coolant leak

    yup thats definetly a heater core. I belive on all of the ones without ac you just have to take the glovebox out one brace then you can take the cover for the core off and pull it right out. Thats how it was on mine anyways.

    The coolant lines going to the throttle body are for cold start up. Not really necessary. And you are heading in the right direction with the heater core. It sounds like to me mabye you broke the heater core somehow putting the engine in. :shrug:. If it is coming out of there and the lines...

    bent cam???

    Like Everyone else says ditch the cam and get a new one and DONT TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX UNTIL YOUR ABSOLUTLY READY TO PUT IT IN THE ENGINE. Chalk this first cam up as expereince not to put a object that will roll on a bench unatennded. :nono:
