    if i lost the ignition key for my car can't i just call the ford dealership give them my vin number and they can figure out the code for my ignition and send me a new key? i figure this would be a lot easier and less costly than buying one from a junkyard or even brand new.

    hey check your grounds too that was my problem. put a new ground from the block back to the battary and it took a bit to get it goin cause of the compression but it fired up.

    the needle should go to what type of thermostat it is. that means the thermostat opens at that temperature. if you got a 160 thermo it should run around 160.
