    Thanks for the quick response BK, I figured as much. Everybody tryin to throw some crap together because turbo's are the hot item now. Guess it's best to stick with the reputable kits like HP, hellion, PTK etc. 750.00 bucks though got my attention thanks again bro.

    I like my SPEC stg 2, it had a little chatter during break-in but hooks good however I wish I had read about their crappy TOB's before install because I am proof that they do suck, less than a 1000 miles since install and car is laid down in the garage waiting for new TOB and possibly pressure...

    Thanks for that info you all, the two things that bothered me most about moving up there besides the winter's(ie: emissions testing and front plates) doesn't seem like it's going to be a problem. Also need suggestions for shops/tuners in the chicagoland area for when i'm ready to step it up...
