    why do you blast the heat? Most heater cores let the fluid circulate regardless. The only exception I have had was a ford explorer that had an electronic valve that opened and closed the flow to heater core.

    The other option is to weld a ring to the od of whats left of the balancer. Then put bolt in. Use 3 jaw puller to pull it off. After closer examination youd have to pull cover as stated.

    There are 2 problems with using 302 headers on a 351. Makes no differencr if they are long tubes or shorty. The problem is due to the difference in deck height, which means the headers will now sit higher and wider in the transmission tunnel.

    It is also the reason I have no mustang lol It was either a vry useful truck thst i can use daily or buy a mustang that would have limited use and I would still have to borrow a truck when neeeded.

    Thanks. I take good care of it as did the prev owner. i did install a 2" leveling kit last summer. I also installed an amp and 2 10" subs running off factory radio. It doesnt leak anything or use any oil. It has the original 5.4 in it and it sounds as good as a new one. No rattles or ticks.
