    It's all proportianal to your set up exactly how much you will gain. If it's not all properly matched too much port will actually hurt performance.

    Wow the car has come a long way. Nice My project(s) are at a complete stand still right now. I am busy most of the time now Leave at 5 am get back home at 7pm. In addition to this I'm having a negative income right now.

    It depends how well and who. Mine ran about 1,200. For a set of vic jr heads. But they have have gone 9.0@155 :).

    My opinion is no don't do it. Check out some silver FR500's. Black rims look good on a white car.

    New engine isnt sounding too good yet

    It definatly sounds like a timing issue. Either firing order is off, bad wire, crossfiring, or the valves are too tight. The builder could have adjusted them tighter from the lifters being empty until initial start up causing the valves to hang open loosing compression.

    Background: new build 331 thought it was a balancer problem but before tearing it down did a compression check. (shaking real bad on revving) 1,3,8 have ZERO! 0psi compression added oil checked again nothing. The rest of the cylinder have 165-170psi. edelbrock 2.02 1.6 heads 1.6 rrs tfs...
