    I see where you are coming from and thought about the same thing. I was now thinking more of some kind you soak a rag in or something and wipe it on and let it soak in instead of the rattle can dye like you use to dye your interior pieces. If not oh, just an idea.:shrug:

    Has anyone ever used any kind of dye on their convertible tops? I have a white top now and would like to go black but just don't have the money to buy a complete new top right now. Surely with all the dye's out their right now one would work. Any ideas or pointers?

    It's a 93 Cobra, build it back stock and keep it nice and the mileage down. Buy a GT if you wanna build a big power car. Thats just my 2 cents.

    OH yeah, if you have little kids, make sure the window lock works. We have 2 kids and one is still in a car seat and the car seat hits the window switch. Took me for ever to realize she wasn't playing with the window.

    Just make sure you run the top up and down a few times and the rear windows also work. The rest is all the same.

    A far as the crack in your bumper goes, sand it really good on the back side with a 36 grit paper in an area about 4-5 inches around the crack. Get some fiberglass mat, resin and catalyst. You should be able to get this from your local paint supplier and some parts stores. Lay about 3 layers...

    Your compressor will be fine. Especially since you don't have a gun yet. While looking at paint guns look for the best you can afford and one that runs off the lowers psi possible. This will not only work your compressor less but will also do away with alot of the overspray. One of our guys...

    OH OK, Figured you would notice it first and more in lower gears like 1st and 2nd being the car has the most pick-up in those. Sounds wierd but I am not second guessing you at all. I appreciate your help on this man.

    I am about to replace the orings on my injectors and cannot get my intake off. I can get to the bolts on the 4 corners but can't find a socket to get my 2 top bolts off. It is a 12 point and is inset in a hole on the intake and looks to be a 3/8 or 10mm but I can't find one. I can go get one...
