    cheapest is NOT alway the best:nono: remember, you get what you pay for and pariot has NOT had the best track record over the last few years wth there Modular heads:nonono: ... I suggest looking at Steen Racing or Fox Lake......:nice:

    FoMoCo used a "bolt-on" sub- frame connector on 1999 to 2004 converts, 2001 Bullitts and 2003/2004 Mach 1's

    you are right about the nut being a self tighting type or speed-nut as we call them but the "K" member bolts are 14mm....now you may have something on that secondary "tublar" crossmember, as thats 10mm x 1.5 thread

    if I had to guess, I'd have to say somewhere around the trans as the trans to block bolks are 10mm x 1.5 and I dont sea anything around the rad, alt or a/c thats 10mm, all 8mm or 6mm

    yeah, thats just a speed nut, could go anywhere...trans crossmember, rear control arms, subframe and more, any idea of the thread size? or wtf you took apart?

    some of that noise could either be the IAC or the hose going from the air inlet tube to the IAC...there is a black box inline on that hose that acts as a muffler, make sure that there are no cracks in that "muffler" or the hoses

    I say alt, seem's tobe a common problem on 2002 up Mustangs, do a search on here and you'll sea...now not sure what to tell you about the cam sensor as they are ALL the same on 1996 to 2004 Mustangs .....:shrug: Im guessing you bought one from a "parts store":D

    it will fit but I think where the P/S lines go is different, just get the right one for your car and be done wth it

    get a vac t-ee from a parts store and just rout them back into each other, tape and tie-back the 2 electrical connections on the DPFE and EVR... We sell a EGE Delete kit for $12.00 that comes wth the plate, gasket, 2 bolts and a cap for the exhaust adapter, all oem Ford parts too....:nice:

    no real HP #'s from deleting it but it cleans-up the engine bay and lowers under hood temps, slightly.....

    Water Pump Troubles

    check your pulleys and the belt tensioner...these pumps are pretty-much bullittproof, so I'd look at something else being off center and causing an extra load on the waterpump bearing and seal....
