    They are cut to fit, they only one that was a little long was #1, but not horribly long, only like 3".

    I just installed a sert of Livewires. The length was pretty good, and they are def higher quality than the FMS that were on it. They boast 25 ohm resistance, which is half the MSD's. Plus they are good for something like 550* protection. Part # CRN-255-2426...

    white smoke on a 95 gt 5.0 while at idle

    Check your oil & radiator. Sorry to say but white smoke is usually coolant in the oil, which means blown headgasket. Def check it out before driving anymore. You sure it wasnt blue at all? Blue = oil, which can be just as bad. How manay miles, and has it been beat on pretty bad?

    long tube install

    Get it as high as you can and unbolt both motor mounts. Remove the starter and get the smog stuff out of the way then go in from the top. You have to tilt the engine to fit them in, at least I did. I had to unbolt the steering shaft and go from underneath on the driver side.

    For all I know its stock, never really looked at it to be honest. I know I need a bigger crank pulley, but I just dont have the funds for a custom 8" right now, and I dont want to go too small with the blower pulley and have slip. Also were you at stock compression? Would you suggest trying...

    Its a 3.00" Renegade pulley with the stock 6.87" crank. I bought the stupid expensive Dayco V-Cog belt that Vortech reccomends for the 2.95" pulley, so HOPEFULLY belt slip isnt an issue. If I got anything close to that I'd prob dowbn tune it a lil bit :lol: I'll be happy with anything...

    Just did a compression test...

    Mines 8.5:1, and all were 150psi. I had the throttle open and all the plugs out. Why did you not open the throttle or leave the plugs out? Thats what my tester said to do, and its pretty standard? My engine was cold though also.

    Honestly, prob like $600 if that. The tires help if the tread is good, but are they 255's out back too? You'd def help the price by having no damage, but the resale on wheels is pretty bad, unless they are uber high dollar stuff. The truth is that you can get what you have BRAND new for not...

    If you are on stock springs the 18's are gonna look much worse than the 17's, due to the shorter sidewall. They make it appear that you have more wheelgap than you really do. What color is your car and what is your budget?

    Do you run spacers? If so I think it might look a lil better w.o them, but if its for clearance then I understand. (coming from a Cobra owner w/9.5" TTII's with a spacer up front :( )

    Dont put the 275's on the 8" wheels, it'll look strange. 245/45/17's up front will be perfect. I say try to find a set in 17x8 & 17x9, so that you can run the 275's out back correctly, then get a 1" spacer and it'll fit out the rear end very nicely. Just make sure to get the hubcentric...

    Whew, just bought alot of stuff!

    From what I understand the ONLY difference between the stage 1 & stage 2 is the variable controller. Basically with the controller you can start the meth at say 3psi, then as boost increases the amount of meth increases until you hit peak boost. I guess it makes better low to mid range power...
