    Electic fan suggestions!!!!

    i have the knock-off of the black magic fan (proform) and i can sit it trafic for hours with the temp never rising above 185 and this is on 105 deg. days, it works great for me and is nice and compact.

    i had this happen to mine, i ended up just going to the junk yard and getting a used base for 5 bucks, it only took 5 min to change the base. When i changed it i cut the wire on it and taped the new one too it, then simply pulled the old one out and the new one was there, pluged it in and thats it.

    don't have a belt numberfor you, but why not just take a piece of string and mark it then take it to the store and find the one that is the same length

    it would be worth it to match the heads to the intake as well, you wan't the air to flow smoothly into the heads and not hit any flat resrictions.

    i would'nt but the bbk kit...it's just way too expensive, you can get a cold air kit off ebay for 45 bucks....about the same price as a drop in filter. the performance gains between the two are not noticeable the cold air kit just looks better....oh and if you go the k&n route i have one with 10...

    yeah the Trick flow timing chain i got makes it realy easy to advance or retard the cam....you can do it in 4deg increments.....the down side....ed's has to do a little work for me to use the thing :bang: oh....and is my car realy considered mild? i thought it was getting a little out of hand...

    yeah .552 lift realy is not too extreme, it's mainly the duration that i'm a little woried about. On a side note i found a 390hp ford racing 302 crate motor that only has 10-1 compression that uses the z cam so i might be able to run this cam and not just be blowing a lot of hot air like i'm...
