    2000gt convertible help

    hi, does anyone in here know how to remove the rear quarter panels on a 2000+ convertibles?? I can feel a lot of rattling going on behind the quarter panels and im thinking the stereo shop might of dropped something while they were installing my speakers.... thanx for your time guys :flag:

    hey guys im getting a new clutch for my 4.6 and my stock flywheel is no good. I was wondering if i should stick wid the the oem flywheel or pay the extra money for the aluminum flywheel... I saw a aluminum flywheel for about 270 at FRPP. Is it worth the money or should i just stick with the oem...

    Does anyone else find it hard to shift into 3rd real fast?

    i quite dont understand how to pwershift..... but i still can shift pretty quickly without grinding.. i got a hurst short shifter for free. It certaily feels better den stock but i wonder how the 5.0 and the tri x feels.... 1-2 is very easy for me and i can geta nice chirp in. however my arms...

    Cobra Head Swap on a GT

    Swapping a cobra DOHC head onto a 2v GT.....is it possible and how effecive is it??? Has anyone in this forum tried this before? or even know anyone who has done it?

    2000 GT - How Does the Back Seat Come Out For Battery Relocation Wiring Installation?

    removing the back seat is very easy. Just lift out the bottom part of the seat ( the area where the ass comes into contact, not the back rest). YOu might have to use some strength but it will pop right out.

    its been buggin me since i got the stang and my cousin got the cobra. DOes dual over head cam have that much of a advantage over a single overhead cam. Can anyone tell me whats so good about the twin cam over the singel??

    99+ either gt or the cobra. I really regret not getting the cobra. The twin cam make a big difference. BUt still my GT is quite a joy ride. Also the mach 1 is not a bad choice

    actually bmw does this.... I think its called the VANOS system.. like only 4 cylinders work but when you throttle for more ddemand it switches on all 6

    I have a choice of getting a mid length bassani header that is ceramic coated for 640, and i have a choice of getting a long tube header by mac that is also ceramic coated for 440. I have a full bassani exhaust system with a catted x pipe. What do you think will produce more power for its cost?
