Compression test would be my next move.

Start With Basic Mods Or Go Forced Induction

F/I. Go intercooled, run a conservative amount of boost and a good tune and you won't need W/M.

You've got BBK LTs: Are you sure you don't have a header leak?

    Transmission Struggles

Two possibilities come to mind: Either the the clutch itself is not fully releasing (i.e. the disc is still in contact with the flywheel or pressure plate even though the pedal is on the floor) or the transmission has very weak synchronizers. Since all gears are involved and weak 5th gear...

Just Did Motor Swap.. Car Falls Flat On Power

No. At idle the EGR valve is supposed to be closed and there will be no vacuum present at its line.

Just Did Motor Swap.. Car Falls Flat On Power

Is the Cobra motor stock internally or was it built for the blower? If it was, maybe it's got lower compression pistons and is soft because of that. If the motor is stock internally, you might do a compression check and a leakdown. Maybe it's tired (or broken) from the blower use.

Who Knows Kb Boost A Pumps?

Mine's wired to run constantly. The PCM is able to compensate for the added pump capacity by reducing the duty cycle off-boost. The BAP, as far as I know, has no issues being configured this way. I also don't have any adjustment knob. Probably just as well...

    Calibration Code

Check the latch-side of the passenger door for a small white sticker. If it's there and intact it will read something like "MDE2". The PCM itself may also carry this code on a sticker on the connector or enclosure.

    2000 Gt - 260hp Vs 2012 V6- 305

Meh. Every owner of an older V8 musclecar will say something like this. I'm not sure how Terminator owners take to the idea that their supercharged 4.6L DOHC "legends" are now being trumped in power output by normally aspirated 4V with just 400ccs more displacement. And not just by a little; the...

2000 Mustang Gt - Wheel Bearing Noise Up Front, Can't Figure Out Which Side.

Most parts stores get their stuff from the same suppliers. If it were me I'd go to American Muscle, Latemodel Restoration etc and get decent ones from there. No.

Hubs are pretty cheap and easy to replace. I'd just be proactive and do both :)

Aftermarket Coil On Plug Sets, Worth It?

I'm still on factory COPs though I've had to reduce the plug gap to eliminate misfires under boost. For normally-aspirated operation, the factory COPs are absolutely fine with a factory-recommended gap of 0.054". A higher-voltage COP might allow me to open the plug gap back up (right now I'm...

    Door Sensor Problem????...

On mine the driver's door fails to turn on the interior light. I thought it was the "door switch" and replaced it to no avail. I think I actually have a wiring fault between the door and the body. The switch is located inside the door, back by the latch mechanism. It's actually a bit of a PITA...

Rear End Makes Clunking Noise And Feels Loose, Grey Metallic Colored Diff Fluid

I think there's no question the rear needs to come apart completely for forensics. I'm thinking the greyish oil is full of pulverized metal that would be the consistency of talcum powder if it could be distilled out of the oil. The source could by anything from bearing races to gear teeth but...
