    Hood Question

    yes the scoops just bolt on to the factory hood, and yes they are the same exact hood. im pretty certain u can get the scoop seperate b/c we had to replace a hood and it did not come with the scoop already bolted to it, just had the holes pre drilled.

    i did with mine, but im also running a different tire. i get better traction with my off brand 315's than i did with my 255 nitto 555's.

    its just a really old outdated style of paint and doesnt look good unless u buff the crap out of it, and even then it wont last long. go buy a quality base/clear system and use that on the car. its easy to spray.

    i had the same prob with my evap leak, it turned out to be the rubber seal around the filler neck where it goes into the gas tank. costs $16 from ford and took about an hour to change it. u can use a light and get under the car and look at it real good to see if u see any damage to it. not...

    he wiped it with thinner most likely lol. he probably wouldnt tell u what it was b/c most people freak out if u put thinner on their car. im the manager at a body shop. $200 sounds cheap. i would be concerned with the quality of the paint product he's planning to put on it.
