    i had the same popping out of 2nd gear on downshifts too on my old t-45. If you just keep slight pressure on the shifter during the downshift, it should stay in gear. I also blew that tranny cuz I didnt have a shifter with bump stops...i slammed 3rd gear, hyperextended the fork and broke...

    to do this you have 2 choices.......juice it or blow it. If you go for a blower dont do the headswap. you might run into problems with boost and compression. In this case, just have your current heads ported to flow like the PI heads and you are good to go. :nice:

    thats a good question im also worried about leaning out. no pinging at all here either when i took it for a drive today so i guess thats good....just gatta keep an eye on the plugs i guess.
