    the 96-98 cobras stock were only low 14 second cars(14.0-14.2). But with 410 gears you will easily be in the high 13's. The exhaust won't give you too much. Get the gears! 410 and higher then the spray

    It has to be your rear end, I had the same problem with mine and I put new kb aluminum bushings back there and now its gone. sounds like your rear end is loose ahah

    From what I have heard, Ford will no longer perform the fix, that ended after your warranty I believe and also they would not touch my car with those mods. But I would imagine if I had my intake acid dipped or whatever that maybe it would flow that much better and probably make like 5 more hp...
