    that site looks real good :nice: Im on my 3rd t45 rebuild, I always have trouble with 2nd, 3rd gear seems to be able to take more abuse, does 2nd gear just always feel funny, at least on the t45's? Feels so much smoother banging into 3rd, oh well, im just complaining lol

    Do all 99+ Cobras use the same clutch?

    I wanted to know if the 11inch clutch is the same for all 99,01,03/04 cobras, because many have said that the 03/04 clutches can handle plenty of power and abuse as well. I have a 99 now with a centerforce df which is way overrated and I think does more harm than good. thx

    New 04 Cobra...clunk when I engage 1st gear

    Happens to us 99 owners because apparently ford used the wrong size bolts in the rear end or something, but I am not sure if that is what causes it on your car. I would not worry about, because I hear it all the time from various cobra owners with the IRS...its a real bitch some time.

    40 series delta flows is the only way to go, anything else does not have the classic muscle car tone, but they thats just me, and no they are not too loud, I don't even see the point for the 50 series...maybe if you had an off road pipe I guess.

    hey, great post and article, but is this such a concern that it is doing damage, because I had a performance shop look at mine and they just said no need to go replacing the clutch again, all those parts that you mentioned. but do you think that could do damage to a transmission or something...

    I agree, dont put $8k worth of paint on there if you plan on selling it or just dont expect to get the money back, and I agree if performance is what you want, slap a KB blowzillia on it with forged internals and you will see 500 plus with the right tune. corvette's...who needs 'em :lol:
