    look at steeda or d&d performance. both of them have gears to correct the speedometer. I think that they are like 15 bucks shipped.

    if they are checking emissions at the tail pipes then that is a no. if they aren't then there are ways to get around it.

    Supercharged plug ?'s

    me personally I would go with a set of it-20 denso iridiums. If you are running over 10lbs. of boost then go with IT-22. they are a really good spark plug and sean hyland motorsports recommend them.

    I would definately say that it is well worth it. If you p&p your heads, a set of cams and put a bullitt or some other type of intake on it you will see a really good gain. also if you put a blower on it then you will I bet close to about 500 at the wheels.

    Lowering springs

    The reason they suggest to put new shocks and struts on it is that it wreaks havoc on them. with it being lowered it doesn't let the shock perform like it is suppose to.

    no squeaking here. You have to be driving pretty hard if you break one and steeda might have a warranty on them. I know the cc plates do.

    Steeda Alum LCA's vs. Pro3i LCA's

    yes there is a big difference with the upper and lower contral arms. the less the unsprung weigh the better. I notice a big difference in traction when I put them on there. I went from spinning all over the road to hardly even barking the tires. I personally like the steeda's. JMO

    I ran a 14.4 my first time at the track and it was my second run. I only had my car for like a month. But i also don't have a PI motor either but one day.

    That will be a pure man slaughter. that electric supercharger gave him about 700rwhp. nah but anyway if you don't outrun the crap out of him something is seriously wrong. you don't even need the gears to do it.

    do exhaust,intake and pullies and I know that this will give you better gas mileage. also tell him that a set of 4.10 or 4.30 will give you better gas mileage. maybe if he is car illeterate he will go for it.

    Stock times for a 96-98 4.6 sohc

    I ran a 14.4 but I think mine was a fac.freak. they are suppose to run low 15's high 14's.
