    Engine Bog Question -Any Ideas???

Same problem...three times before but never again I had the same problem and did the same things: fuel injection clear, replace FP, replace TFI, etc., you name it I did it. :notnice: The Stang would go through the same sequence: hard/long start, rough idle, popping under acceleration and...

Anyone with a higher mileage AOD?

I just went over 200k on 89GT and no problems. Been on top of the fluid changes at the end of every summer, usually around Labor Day just for reminders. Still runs strong with no slippage, knock knock. I'll get around to the valve body upgrade soon.

Check engine light and no self test...WTF?

Grounding did the trick Thanks autoXr1. Your advice did the trick. I've had Mustangs for 14 years (this one for 10) and have done all of my own work: upgrades, electrical, diagnoses, etc... but this was a first. I guess going to an upgraded 4 gauge alternator cable so the 130 amp alternator can...

Check engine light and no self test...WTF?

Anyone come across a 5.0 that would not do any of the self tests (KOEO/KOER)? I got a check engine light and tried pulling the codes with no luck. I've traced the wires for any faults and have come up dry. Still runs though.
