    Your airbag system or module needs servicing? Youll probably need to pull some codes for that..as far as your tach...it just sits at 3000 even when off or at idle? Its probably coincidence they both happened at the same time, or have you recently done work to your car?

    Hi Jay, did you figure out an answer to your question? It appears the difference between the housing/pumps is where the fuel strainer sock sits....i dont have a lot of experience with your model year, let alone california specific applications but here is a bump anyway
