WTB - 1996 Boss Shinoda Stang

I know exactly what the car is. I guess it is what makes it a bit different is what I like. A friend of mine graduated high school in 96 and saw one at a dealership and remembered how much he liked the decal package. He just likes the look nothing more. If the origionals are not available I will...

how much difference did you nottice with SFC's

Get the car high enough with the weight on the wheels. If you can get in there with a welder on your back go for it. Just watch the fuel lines on the passenger side.

    Belt Question...

The companies that make the pullise obviously know which belt to use. That seems much more efficient than trying to measure around the pulliues and buying a few belts to get it right. How do you compensate for the tensioner. That is what seems to be the variable.

Both front calipers are locked up

I would maybe start at the calipers and see if opening the bleed port allows the calipers to let off. Work back towards the MC until they let go. Does sound like a proprtioning valve issue though. I have had calipers lock up but not both at the same time. Were the caliper new when you put them on?

    Few quick things

If you plan on future mods for power than I would get a aftermarket rad. I bought a 3 core Milodon for about $225. I am happy as I know my car will never see more than 300 hp at the wheels. With what is left you need to decide what is more important at this time of year. A/C or intake. I don't...

    Belt Question...

You should be able to call the company the pulleys came from and get an answer. I just do not see how to get a good measurement without moving the adjuster to the right place. But what do I know, I have no pullies and I still have AC.

loss of power after H/C/I install. need help

Well like 86bluecobra said look at the little things first. Could be a combo of all the things said so far. I am not saying this is going to give you the 130hp you are after but picking up 40 ft lbs of torque makes a hell of a difference on the street. check over all the ign connections. Check...

loss of power after H/C/I install. need help

I know some people on here run an easy 16*. I would think 40 psi should be a good start on fuel. I am not saying by any means that this is going to solve problems but it is a good place to start. I would also look into a dyno tune. I would not want to spend $2300 on a top end kit and not spend...

loss of power after H/C/I install. need help

I would try a bit more timing first. Maybe go to 14* and play with that at your fuel pressure.
