    Polished and clearcoated. The polished versions are also pig heavy. Ford has some insane requirements on their OEM wheels dictating an overly thick rim cross-section. Normally, those 01 forged wheels would be lighter than their cast counterparts…but alas that's not the case.

    I picked up a new drivers side replacement door cup as the old on has broken clips and found it is not a true black, but more of a dark textured grey. It just doesn't look right with the blacked out interior. What is the proper way to fix this (die, paint etc.?)?

    From what I've seen, the DDM's are actually plug and play and have clear detailed instructions. The ballast are tiny and just get taped somewhere out of the way. Blinding drivers on the road is a concern...but I really don't think that is going to be a huge concern with these smoked lenses.
