    changing head unit in mach 460 help??

    I have a 97 cobra with the mach 460 system, I took my sony head unit out of my 96 v6 to put in the cobra, I used the same harness, everything works, but i have no sound???? Do I have to get a different wiring harness in order for it to work with the mach 460??? :bang:

    I normally talk over in the v6 forum since i own a 96 3.8. But i have found a wrecked 95 5.0 with 120k on it. I can get the complete engine, wiring harness, and computer for $950. What do you guys think, is this high, should i just wait and get another engine that has been rebuilt. thanks...

    Best Exhaust

    i personally think that a custom set up by a muffler shop (no crossover etc) straight back to two mac flowpaths sound deeper maybe not as loud as the flowmaster, but not as raspy or ricey as the flowmaster.
