Can you make a 347 stroker auto into a 5speed

Is it the stock flexplate? The 5.0L HO came with a 50oz balance (IIRC), so if it's the stock balance, or stock flexplate, just swap it with a 50oz flywheel. The stock flywheel was 157 tooth/50oz, so if it's the same balance as stock go with that. Who built the motor? You can always ask whoever...

    Lifter retainers.......

No spider/retainers and it's not flat tappet? Check the cam lobes, valvetrain, lifters etc for unusual wear. And locate a spider/retainers. If it's an older block it will need to be retrofitted to work.

Mounting the 10 pin connectors on 93 Cobra intake??

That's what I did. Although, I did have after market ones and they had a spot for them to clip on, but my clips were broken, so I just left them behind the manifold nicely tucked away and never had a problem.

    Removing a shell? R.I.P. Mustang

Haha, I guess you've had the joy of coming through? What I was trying to say was this: My notch is a titled 4 cylinder, and I pay something like $166 a month. I figure if I get the R/T it will AT LEAST double, probably nearly triple (considering V8). The SXT is still a V6 but it is a pretty nice...

    Removing a shell? R.I.P. Mustang

When did I say I was strapped for cash? I was just assuming it was going to be an exorbitant amount of money because it's just a body. If anything, I'm guilty of living too far under my limit and missing out on somethings. It's nice to see JY's will take it for nothing really. I was honestly...

    Removing a shell? R.I.P. Mustang

Well guys, my Mustang R.I.P. I never got to finish my project, so I decided to sell my car as a roller. Mid tear down, I came across some serious rust on the rear floor pans, that went completely unnoticed. So I'm completely parting the car out now. That said, how the hell do I get rid of a...

    Swapped ignition cables and now...

The check engine light is on and the car shakes when in drive. WTH. I am mostly certain that I put them on correctly (Order), but just to check, what is the firing order on these cars? What causes this? Do I need a tune after I swapped ignition cables? What am I missing here?

    94-95 Spindle Question

Wrong. 94/95, 96-98, 99-04 are all different (I MIGHT be wrong with the 96-98 & 99-04, but the 94/94 is DEFINITELY different from the 96-04). Here's the quick way to tell the difference: Hold the spindle so the hub/lug nuts are facing you. Now look at the steering arm. If it has a curve in it...

    Brake questions...

I got my MC from 50 Resto (http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/iwwida.pvx?;item?item_no=LRS-2140D%20%20%20%20%20%201&comp=LRS) and a A1 Cardone Cobra Brake booster that I got off eBay for $105. The MC pictured is not the one you get, the one you get comes with a reservoir, reservoir cap, and low...

How much upgrade are the 2001 calipers over the 95 calipers?

Well, they are dual piston and made of aluminum. You get better braking plus a lighter caliper. 01 caliper (alum, dual piston) > 95 caliper (cast, single piston, not much better than fox body stuff)

    Finished 5 Lug conversion... *Pics*

You usually have to bend/reroute the hard lines a little bit to get them to hook up to the 94/95 soft lines. OR you can cut and flare the lines shorter for a cleaner look.

Best handling struts/shocks to match B springs

Whoops, sorry Dean, I misread the post. In that case, you might get away with B Springs ad a decent shock/strut. But if you want to spend the money, Bilsteins and H&R Race springs will give you great handling, but not kill your ride too much. That's the setup I'm going for. As for 87foxstang...

Best handling struts/shocks to match B springs

You have to pick one. Saying you want a corner carving drag setup not only contradicts itself, but really won't happen. What you're looking for I would assume is a good overall performer? In that case, if funds allow it, you can't go wrong with Bilsteins.
