    have you done a pressure check on the system? This could help you find a leak. FYI... I have never bled my coolant system and never had any problems.

    yeah thats weird. i run asp pullies and my water pump pulley hits the harmonic balancer with the stewart pump. i was going to use a spacer but i emailed stewart and they told me they do not recommend running an underdrive pulley on the water pump. so i'm going back to the stock pulley

    i also run 17x9, 17x10.5... the fronts are 275 and rear 315. I used to have an issue with rubbing at full lock in the front but that was fixed when I installed 03 cobra arms. In the rear I removed the quad shocks and massaged the inner fender well.

    While I was putting the smog stuff back onto my car, I noticed that the smog tube coming from back of the heads has a crack and small pinhole.     idler pulley play

    how big should the idler pulley be? maybe they sent me the wrong one.... the pulley I have, measured 3.75" across it. I wish I had kept my old one but I tossed it before I realized there was an issue. I just checked the wazee pulley site and it says his pulleys have an outside diameter of 3.46".
