    That's worth repeating. Rotating mass makes a tremendous difference. Personally I'd grab a set of Konig Villians from Maximum Motorsports. Not as light as my STI wheels but at 21 pounds fairly light for a 17x9 Mustang rim. And $169/ea is a great price.

    Even for track usage, 94-04 Cobra brakes are more than sufficient, especially for a relatively light (in comparison) Fox body. Brakes don't stop the car, tires do -- so get big enough brakes to suit your purposes without any fade, and use the rest of your budget for other toys.
