    Maybe take off the mid pipe and see if someone gutted the cats. Is that h pipe aftermarket? Cuz stock h pipes came with 4 converters. Sometimes people can bang the substrate out to make it look like it's got cats for inspections purposes.

    I had trouble with my old gt. The tune kept a p1000 in the system. Didn't ever go away until i set the car back to stock and put the stock tune back in it. Luckily Illinois insisting never cared about the readiness code as long as there were no emissions related codes.

    On a stock ride height you shouldn't have any problems with the bigger tires. Just be careful of you decide to drop it in the future. There is no such thing as overkill in this hobby. Only personal preference.

    I think there is a metal binding in the filter element. It kinda holds the element together in a cone shape. Maybe check to see of some material has torn, allowing the metal bind to rattle.

    I don't think the cobra sending unit will work on a regular single pump basket. Like the regular headlights. I know the smoked headlights are popular, especially with the mach 1 crowd but you can't see very well at night. Is that a 67 or 68 mustang i see there in the background?

    Ball joints can make a metallic squeaky sound but its more a turning thing than an acceleration or rpm thing. Maybe not the whole drive shaft but the u joints could also be shot.

    Could be something left loose on or around the air box when put back together. Maybe the problem only manifest in the colder temp because plastic or rubber expands back tight at warmer temps. Maybe some excess filter oil got somewhere it wasn't supposed to be and creates a cold temp air leak...
