    Cleaning a K&N

    Never use compressed air or presurized water (garden hose) to clean your K&N. It will destroy the cotton gauze, and create holes that will allow dirt to enter the engine. You also NEED to oil the filter afterwards because that is what is doing the actual filtering of the the smaller particles...

    The problem with that is that even if it doesn't rain hard most of the show cars wont show up and the place will be next to empty. If i lived close i might show up to "see what happens", but with a 2 hour drive, tolls, gas, and admission price i can't see wasting all of that to see what happens...

    I just looked, its on the schedule but only for sunday.....even though that flyer states saturday and sunday. So maybe if we are lucky it there will be a bunch of sick old funny car's there on saturday too.....at least i'd love to see them.
