    I live in the detroit area and my stang does this also. It started as soon as the cold weather hit. my pressure is totally gone for about 30 secs-60 secs....i found by blippin' the throttle, the pressure goes back to normal. i use synthetic so i don't think it has anything to do with the oil...

    cleaning your Vert top.

    Mothers makes a great convertible cover cleaner....its a blue liquid in a spray bottle...you just spray it on....rub it in with a soft bristle brush.....and rinse off really well!! The back of the bottle guarantees that there will be minimal color fade. I'm happy with it!! :nice:

    Thanks a lot for clearing that up...i think i need a new clutch :( im pushing 90,000 miles on my car and it doesn't seem to slip at all, but the engine revs don't match the actuall acceleration of the car. does anyone recommend a particular brand/model over another. :shrug:
