    as he said on the street a softer set of tires will make the biggest difference. nitto makes the best dr's to drive on the street however bfg dr's are superior in traction but wear much faster and are just unsafe in the rain. see how they work out for you then tackle the suspension.

    look at the top of the rod above the threads. it should either except a allen wrench in the top or will be elongated that you can put on a small screwdriver either 6 or 7mm.

    yes. if you plan on launching hard on sticky tires it is. if its strictly a street car then no it wont be worth the time spent.

    get the blower cam. you will gain power, maybe not enough to actually feel but you will pick some up with a blower cam while your car is still n/a. this way they'll be setting there waiting to come alive when the blower is put on.
