    Mach system LIne converter question

    connecting the line outs up near the HU is the "traditional" way of doing things and a lot of old school shops swear by it there really is no difference except that you need to run RCA cables all the way back to the trunk where your amp will be

    Freaking ice!

    I almost went down on the ice taking my dog out this morning, was half asleep and not paying attention so I didn't even realize there was ice on my deck. Good thing a fast grab to the railing saved my butt from morning humiliation.

    the worst thing you can do is run the ground all the way to your battery, you always want as short of a ground wire as possible

    butterflys are illegal in Canada? I never knew that You can buy them pretty much anywhere here, most common places are flea markets and such where you can pick them up for a couple bucks

    claybar it and then use a good cleaner wax followed by a polish if that doesnt bring the gloss back it's either needs a good wetsanding or repaint

    A week with no mufflers... will it drive right?

    I ran my 89 LX 5.0 with shorty headers into a 2.5" H-pipe and then nothing else for a couple seasons You will lose bottom end torque and it will be so loud that you won't be able to drive next to the walls on the highway

    Did I blow my amp?

    the fuse should always blow before the amp, I don't see how turning the radio off would blow a fuse though regardless, check your power line fuse first, then the one on your amp (if it has one). If that still isn't working use a tester to be sure your turn on line has voltage.

    I would think 99 still has the 2 piece setup, My 2000 had 2 pieces, the stereo up top and the CD in the shifter area
