Pix of the new shoes - even if they do stick out.....lol

Still rain season here - that's why I got em', but once summer is here, they're coming off and the Jaeger bros flaps are a cinch to take off. I like ur car darkfire, but I'm not a fan of the larger sidewall you employ on your car. I heard a 285 on these 9" rims are perfect. I dunno if it's...

    20" wheels ~ almost embarrassed

i have one of four choices: 1) leave it, and be happy I have 20s 2) take to a wheel shop and take 4-6mm off the wheel (will it really make a difference & I dunno how much yet) 3) find rotors that have a shallower hat that will bring the wheel in (dunno if they even exist) 4) fawk...

    20" wheels ~ almost embarrassed

Yea, I'll put up some pix soon..........they're the 20x9 razors and i bought em used (smokin deal!). I know that the 35/40mm combo is optimum for our cars, but going by the pix here and on MF, they didn't look too bad. All I need now is a huge Steeda spoiler, some halo headlights, and Alteeza...

    20" wheels ~ almost embarrassed

got some used 20" Shelby razors w the 255/35 f&r with the 24mm/6"offset and I'm almost embarrassed in how it looks :nonono:. Pix on the forums with that combo don't look too bad, but in person, the rear wheels look horrible especially from the straight on rear shot and the donut sized 255s...

    3.31 Gears to 3.73?

Definatey get a shop to do it - it's not for the novice! Use FRPP gears as people on here have had gear whine with the Motive brand. 3.55 > 3.73 would be a waste imo.........the spread between the 2 ratios just isn't far enuf to really make a huge difference. Generally speaking the 3.31...

    Biggest Rear Tires

I saw a stang with 315's and looked totally ghetto - most likely because the offset wasn't meant for the really wide tires - they stuck out past the wells. 335's would be awesome (and expensive!), but would pay really close attention to the special backspacing a 335 width tire may need to stay...
