    I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. If you're trying to get the stock exhaust out, your best bet is cutting it. If you're trying to get the mannaflow pipes in, they're somewhat of a pain, but can be worked into place.

    Fuel pump disabled? or not?

    I've been looking through the wiring for the PCM, which are fairly difficult to read. I'm wondering if you accidentally hit one of the other line on the PCM. That'd be the first thing I'd check. There's a few ignition module wires that are right around 26.

    I've got a catted X w/ the Mac exhaust, and it's loud. I'd do the midpipe swap first. If you don't have emissions, drop the cats and see how the car sounds. If you still want it louder, then look at muffler replacement.

    Yes, you need them. The MIL's will add a few inches, but not enough.

    It's probably either the passenger side tube hitting the axle, or the driverside banging the frame. My Mac hit the axle when I first put it on, but you can adjust it out of the way.

    42's would be fine. I'm right under 380 at the tires now, and the 42's are more than enough.

    KB sets their prices. If you buy it local, that shop must install it. If you want to do it yourself, you have to order it directly from KB.

    If the belt it touching the liner, the non-ribbed side would show wear. How about the other side? Now that I think about it, depending upon how much additional heat is being caused by the rubbing, that may explain why it's slipping when it's really hot.

    Yes. The drivers and passengers side connectors are different. Also, I'd pickup the gasket that goes on the passenger side between the header and midpipe, it was like $8 at napa.

    Personally, I'd buy it, depending upon the supporting mod's. Why don't you give Tim a call to see what he thinks of the car, I'm assuming it's local and they did the work and a custom tune on it.

    How does the belt look? My car has a lot more belt slip when it's hot and humid out, and that would be something to check if it has 19000 miles on it. What does your boost gauge do when the car dies off? Same for fuel pressure if you have one.

    It's just a single pump. Direct replacement for the stock GT pump. I got my pump directly through MPH, but they may have ordered it from Liberty.

    The extensions are 30-40 bucks. If you don't have your rear O2's turned off, you'll need MIL's as well, otherwise you'll have a check engine light. It won't hurt anything, but it does get annoying.
