    I have a `01 V6 and I had problems w/Manifolds(leaking) so replaced them, have no clue about Head Gaskets but almost all the V6`s that I know people are saying they had the same problem w/the Manifolds leaking. As for the Gas Mileage-NO, it is definetley not 20/30.....more like 15-20+/-...
