    Alignment & Caster/Camber plates more than likely. & probably a balance as well, depending on how long you drove around like that.

    I don't know much about warranties. Never been a big fan of them so tomorrow my BBK ceramic-coated Long Tube Headers w/ BBK Shorty O/R X-pipe will be installed connecting to the otherwise stock Cat-back w/ welded in Flowmaster 40-series 2 chamber Mufflers.

    I have a Mach also & have been dabating for a couple weeks getting either 4.10s or 4.30s installed. It'll be a future mod, definetely if I ever do it. But I want to beef up w/ rear-end @ the same time w/ either some 31 or 33-splines & other stuff.

    Throttle cable rubbing on C&L Plenum Install..>WHY

    I had to put like 5 washers underneath each of my bolts for the bracket to make mine sit solidly w/out any rub on my GTs intake.

    Actually what year's your car Awwyea? Cuz mine doesn't have spark plug wires. I don't know if the year 1999 was when Ford did away w/ those but maybe that's part of the problem. I know all the 5.0s had them. So in part of 1995 @ least, they were still using them. But I can't say for sure...

    Flowmaster 40's sound better with time?

    I put them on my Mach the day after I bought it & after 900-something miles of driving my Flowmaster 40-Series 2 chambers are louder & grow more so each day. Can't wait till I put my LTs & X-pipe on Saturday.

    How do x-pipes differ?

    Correct. Basically all an H-pipe does is connect 2 otherwise parallel pipes perpendicularly. An x-pipe actually does a way better job of angling the 2 otherwise parallel pipes to a junction, increasing flow & performance.

    I usually drive up there & buy my stuff from them in person, since it's about 1 hr drive. Great quality but I don't know about hoods as I've never purchased 1 from there.

    When to disconnect battery???

    I installed all of that a few months ago on my former 2K GT w/ the battery connected the whole time. I only disconnected it later to do a system reset as I forgot to connect a vaccuum hose that caused the SES light to come on.

    Due to differences in exhaust flow & perfromance from 1 bank of your engine to your other, a crossover from one exhaust pipe to the other acutally helps performance. Sometimes one port pushes out less exhaust gases than the other port & a crossover really early in the flow helps even things...
