I used Energy suspension isolators, like 45 bucks and the springs. My old isolators were broken and flat.I just downsized the rear tires from 235/50/17 to 245/45/17 so i'll get a picture with those tonight.Everyday I notice it getting lower and lower so they are settling nicley.
My door locks will not move with the key or by pulling and pushing on the lock.My passenger side lock button will lock it but then I wouldn't be able to get in.Could that be my actuators? The key won't even turn.
Is it lowered? My tires would rub but mine was lowered. The previous owner had cut the springs and cut too much off.I bought the Eibach pro kit and the do not rub anymore.I had 235/55/17's on it though,I'm not sure what your overall height was.I would guess worn out springs and or isolators.
I had my 3.73's put in by a shop that does gears and custom car work and he said that 3.73's will make noise and that would stay.Mine whine a little but it's not a big deal.I hope it won't hurt anything.
AAdd another for the tri ax.I have had mine for a bout a month and for the 1st week or so it was kinda ruff but it softened up and now I love it,Smooth shifts.
Thanks, the stripes were on it when I got it.They will come off when I paint it.I am going with the Eleanor paint scheme and I am going to try to find the side exhaust, but it's hard to find.I don't know if I'll do the black stripes or not yet.
I installed my pro kit yeserday and it made a huge difference. My ride is much better and my tires don't rub anymore. The previous owner cut the stockers. Before I couldn't even put my hand on top of the bach tire because it was up in the well. The 1st pic is a before and the rest I just...
Yep,I just went from what I thought were 2.77's,actually 3.08's to 3.73's and it made a huge difference.I like doing like 20 mph and hammering, it getting my tires loose.
