I had an 00 GT, 3.73s long tubes, flows, triax, H&R's, cobra front bumper, hyper tech, sold it. Got an Acura Integra GSR, sold it, now have a 99 Cobra, guess which car I like the best out fo them all? (hint, look at the forum I'm in)
Well I have my catback on now, and have decided to wait till i can buy a used vortech before I do anymore mods, so most likely it will be me+ exhaust, filter and shifter, verses him+exhaust, intake. I believe I will take him, I will race from a roll and a stop.
I had them on my GT, and they were great. I heard to stay away from kooks because of the collectors rusting on. I am going to bite the bullit and get SLP's I guess.
This h o e I was talking to ( I say hoe cause she lyed to her b/f about us being friends and then I had to kick her b/fs ass) had a GT, nice car, that orangsih red, leather, vert, 18 inch chrome y2k r's, and then messed around and put snake emblems on the side and on the back. I was like y...
So I mean, with a set of lowering springs and that steeda wing, you can do 130 all day long (until you get arrested!) and be ok i would think, but don't take my word for it.
oh yea but i mean just the kit looks good to me, like the badges are not huge, there is no rear indents that say roush, and like unless u do stage 3, the front bumper is the same.
even at 130, i got up to like 150 racing my friends ss, and had no sway or anything. As fas aerodynamics, i believe alot of difference exist. I personally have never seen a Saleen race on a track, nor have I heard of the kit helping all that much. To me, the kits people get on these Saleens...
The R is a track car, so obviously it is designed around the idea of aero dynamics. The hood rises up, and the heat extractor rolls back, to not pick up wind, the front splitter provides downforce along with the big a s s wing as you put it. However, I think the saleen looks better. Bottome...
First, get a catback, that decision is up to you, caus eyou will get a million opinions as to which one is better. get a shifter (pro 5.0 or steeda), then for intake, I have heard great things about WMS's full system with the 95mm MAF. TB i heard is useless until u get blown. Headers, you can...
SO the SLP headers fit? Because I will be going long tube around christmas, and was detered from Kooks because of the collectors rusting on, which only left BBk as an option. I want to go boost, but me being a college kid, bolt ons are more practical. I only have a shifter and catback right now.
Yea by dark side I meant boost, I figured not. Oh I will def be hanging around, but what about that spacer, tried looking for it and I don't see it on the PHP website. Is it worth it?
