    off topic, but is that a dealer add on type hitch?? I was thinking about getting one for a little fiberglass trailer i want to fix up for car shows with a bbq,tv/stereo,tools etc. I dont think it will weigh over 500lbs. I see it bolts to the bumper bolts, where else does it attatch??? Thanks.

    Not sure if its the same as studio sonic, all i know is its called Vibrasonic and was optional on a lot of the 60's cars.I never got a chance to hear how it sounds because when I "aquired" the car when i was 16, i just pulled everything out,didnt know things would become collectable.

    I did the same thing on the door of my F250.A week after i got it, sombody decided to key both pass doors.I was able to get most of it out, but thought i could make it a little better and right through the clear.I got into the metallic and had to repaint the door.

    I have a engine hoist so that isnt problem. I dont like doing jobs with the possiblity of it getting shoved up my butt down the road, so i think its best i pass on this one.

    The g/f's dad picked up a 63 t bird and asked me to change the intake/carb and distributor. I have never touched a FE so dont know what to charge him or whats involved/how long it should take??I know mine to pull is a 20 minute job.

    you make it sound tempting.My first "restoration" on my car i did when i was about 20, so the small detail werent big enough to worry about.21 years later,now there very few bolts that havent been turned, the vent windows being one of the last appearance items.

    vent windows are one of the things that separate a restoration.I never did mine and they need it, thought it was too much trouble.I regret it.LOL
