    Solved One problem, but new BIG PROBLEM!!

    I had the rear rocker on the drivers side come loose on me twice following my h/c/i install. Both times I removed the intake and vc's then removed and readjusted all rockers. I finally put some locktite on the bolts. All has been well since. BTW, I also forgot the throttle spring once too.

    Great pictures. Congrats on the install. If you hear 16 little gremlins with hammers I predict that the rockers are just barely tapping the valve covers. When I did my h/c/i, It took about 3 or 4 tries to get the foc vc's to clear my 1.6 rockers. I had to used thick vc gaskets.

    For all you SN-95 guys looking to upgrade your stock intake.

    You do need an explorer, gt40 or cobra lower. They are all the same except that the gt40's are typically associated with the fox car's and therefore have a threaded bung in the lower intake (#5) passage for the ACT sensor.

    What years had stock Strut Tower Braces?

    I'll reiterate my confidence. All 94/95 GTs had 'em. V6ers did not. I am not confident about the Cobras though. It was in 96 or 97 when Ford stopped putting them on the GTs. I ordered my GT new in 1994 and the strut brace was not an option.

    i HATE my resonating exhaust! PLEASE HELP!!!

    I have flowmaster 3 chamber delta flows with a Bassani X and they don't drone at all on the highway. I had the MAC flowpaths but couldn't take the drone so I had them cut out and the flowmasters welded in. Ahhh, perfect!!! :hail2:

    What's your valve cover problem? I use 92 fox vcs. I had a welding shop cut, bend then reweld the oil fill to bend towards the front of the car. Works great.
