I did my gear swap and already installed the clibrator box from Dallas Mustang, so what else would it help, beside moving the rev limiter up????

    Going to the track...

Which track? Where are you located? some people are saying to lighten up the car as much as possible. But I think if you lighten up to much it's going to hurt traction. I'd keep the sub in just don't over do the weight. I'm sure if you started putting in bags of sand after a certain amount...

    GREAT MODS...not

Why not, since you have "4.10's not installed" in your sig. I guess I could list "Procharger not installed" in my sig. Just looking for what kind of rubber people are running so I can compare my 60' times. Don't have enough money or time to run something from a trailer. So I only run what...

    GREAT MODS...not

So your saying his 60' times should be in the 1.9-1.8 range? Because with my "pig" of a vert I pulled down 2.1's on streets with nothing more than gears.

Went to the track tonight. . . .

Hey 2K2 I'm running just what I have in my sig and you can also see my time. Now that "is" my first time out and was a bit quick with the clutch at the line and spun a bit, but my best 60' time was 2.11 on streets (275/40) and that was on my best run. I didn't power shift it with my foot on...

**-Light bar installed + Vid clips-** :D

Now all you have to do is call Red Line Tuning and get rid of that hood prop. Order yourself up some hood struts. The light bar looks sweet too. I don't think I could work on mine for 11 hours straight unless it was going to cut a second off me 1/4 mile time.

Taking the stang on a road trip, any tips??

Window washer fluid gotta be topped off and good pressure in the tires. It's better to be 3psi over than 2psi under. On 44psi max tires I always put 38 in mine while their cold. Less rolling resistence makes for better millage.

    Detonation or pining?

The air and the fuel are injected into the cylinder together at such a high pressure that the heat generated from both creates it's own fire. :nice: http://auto.howstuffworks.com/diesel1.htm

    Detonation or pining?

I ran two tanks of premium and had no problems, plus it felt a little stronger running up to 5K. Since then I'm on my 2nd tank of regular and it's started doing it again and performance seems to have dropped a bit. Would I be able to take it in and have the timing dropped back 2*? Because I...

    K&N question

I've got the KN, but after seeing True Flow demonstration I ordered one. KN's been around a while without any significant changes and I've always been a believer but I think there are some better things coming out.
