    I had the same thing happen to me, but it happened a few days after the install. Unhook your battery and try again, haven't seen the light on since.

    6k into heads and cams? Not worth it. Put the 6k into a nice blower and possibly forged internals.

    All that work and money for ~4rwhp isn't worth it IMO. Long tubes or nothing, and our stock manifolds are good until around 300rwhp anyways. You'd be a lot better off getting a T/A or some UD Pullies.

    4V vs 2V intakes

    One has 4v per cylinder while the other has 2v. Since there's 2x the valves per cylinder the heads are much bigger. 4V's flow a lot better obviously.

    First time at "track" .... critique please...

    Please don't ever quote a g-tech... 9.4 isn't great either, I ran a 9.3 when I cut a 14.5 at the track.

    You're too upside down really... Although GT's are a dime a dozen and Mach 1's will be collectors items, not to mention their prices will start to sky rocket. If I could afford it, I'd get the Mach. Mach 1's makes GT's feel like cheap pieces of crap.

    Depends, does he want a pure race car? If so go with turbo. If he's on a budget, go supercharger. Depends on how much he wants to spend and how much power he wants.

    Top end detonation?

    04 GT at 93mph? something is wrong, that's stock 5.0 territory. I've trapped 97-99 and I'm getting a dyno to see why it's so low.
