if your gonna switch to a 31 spline setup then you need the following:
- axles
- diff
- axle bearings & seals (if you have high mileage)
- bearing and shim kit
- axle lube
- friction modifier
- studs
- ABS rings
Thats all I can think of off the top of my head.
www.modularmustangracing.com has some clutches designed for high power and they claim streetability. I've bought stuff from there and talked to Mark the owner. Great c/s.
I didn't realize that the mids for Bassani were 50 state legal. Thats good to know if its true...that may be my option whenever I get spare money again.
the 6# kit isn't intercooled. If you don't have the cash now and want the i/c later then you can buy the 6# kit and then buy the rest of the i/c stuff later for the price difference of the 9# to 6# kit. Your stock gears will be fine with a KB so they aren't necessary.
If you can't shell out the cash for a KB then I'd definitely go with a mongoose kit. That was my other choice but since my mines a street car I just like the big block feel so I went with the KB. Cant go wrong with either.
try cleaning your maf and replacing fuel filter. A few maintainence items may clear it up.

Bank 2 is driver side, so if you have been messing with the passenger side then that could be it. If its a bad sensor then one way to test it is to swap your 2 front 02 (PS to DS and vice-versa) and see if the code follows the sensor. If the code stays on bank 2 then you know its not the sensor.
You can use the TB, but ditch the pulleys and the plenum. The KB does replace the intake manifold, but the intake tube can be aftermarket. Although you may find that the KB big tube kit or stock will probably be the best choice.
