    Getting the engine compartment back together and reddying it for the engine. Talked to Woody and the motor should be shipped next week. Lots of aluminum polishing this week. Did some work on the old valve covers sanded the tops and polsihed it and painted the sides same color as the block.

    Yesss....my paint man came this morning and look at the shiny nice Viper Red base coat clear coat paint job he put down. I'm so happy with how this project turned out, and especially that I am at the end of it. Now to get the motor and start the assembly and transformation back to a car rolling...

    Ooh Yah....I can't count the man hours I have in this but way to many. This is a must though if you want a clean looking show motor and in the end it;s just another excuse for me to work on my car.

    JJ its important for the A2A build to have feedback as far as the tunning aspect goes. If you could post on the corral and here how the car drives with the A2A and how hard it was to tune. Maybe a comparison from what it felt like stock to A2A from a drive ability stand point as well.

    Its gonna be late July early Aug before the motor is built. Jim Woods at Fordstrokers is real busy right now, but I'll post up any pics when get them.

    No Det my tune was sound and A/F 11.5 I used a SFI PowerBond balancer and SFI billet flywheel. She cracked no doubt due to the massive torque not high revving. I was never revving past 6k.

    Update the stock short block is done and in the process of removal. Project 363 is underway. I just ordered from Fordstrokers a Dart block with all forged internal and its gonna be a 363 cid. Anyone looking for a good and reputable engine builder should look into Fordstrokers.com.

    I just want to give and update as my car is up and running for the spring. I'm now seeing 16.5 to 17 psi with my 8 rib pulley setup and smaller 2.5" KB pulley. I'm using one 9gph meth nozzle and hope to get a dyno run with my new setup soon. I just heard from another who saw this thread here...

    Very nice glad to hear you got some ideas here, I'm allways game to help out if I can. I have not heard of this 3.6 KB, is that for a pushrod motor spounds very interesting though. I would like a link to you video.
