    Damn..... 5 hours, how fast was that sander spinning:D When I polished mine(dynomax), used a drill with sanding pad and only used 400grit. Took me about an hour and I thought that was long.

    Can you snap some under the hood pictures? Want to see if one could semi copy it on a stock hood. Although I see that it is raised, I assume to clear the downward ports?

    From what I remember there are screws/bolts holding the radio bracket in place.. have you removed those. Also I believe there are one bolt on each side(bottom) of the console.

    hood pins?

    You want to get stainless steel hood pins or fastners... You definately need to add some to the rear of the hood, beause once tou go over 45MPH or so. The hood, the rear will begin to come up(off) the car.
