    I just went from an aluminum flex fan to a single speed fan from a Taurus and it works great. You need to have done the 3G alternator swap before the fan and it is also a good idea to use a fan controller to turn the fan on and off. Definetly worth the tome and effort.

    Tach signal always comes from the negative side of the coil. Run the green wire from the tach to the negative wire coming off of the coil.
