    Do you mean like a steering wheel puller with the 3 bolts that thread in? If so there isn't any threaded bolt holes in the stock balancer. So you have to use a 3 jaw to do it. It didn't seem to damage mine,not that it matters its going in the trash anyways :D

    sorry if already addressed, but anyone with sudden power loss?

    A tuner will get rid of it with the TCS off,ford might have updated the tune on newer cars because of complaints. Mine never does it with the tcs off now that I'm tuned.

    just bought the saleen 3v supercharger!!

    Actualy they are stronger,the block is stronger and lighter. The only part that could be considered weaker is the gap between the top of the piston to the top piston ring. And if you have a good tune and avoid detonation should be fine. In fact I havent heard of one person blowing up a motor yet...

    Ok...I finaly got the damn thing off. Had to pull the E-fan out to do it,not hard to do either,it's like 4-5 little screws,the fan itself is only held in by 2. Once the fan was out it went smooth,used a spark plug socket for a spacer. I recomend to anybody...take the fan out...its 10 times...

    The only way beating the snot out of it would come into play is with a brand new unbroken in motor(new rings never started up yet),these motors are run at the factory,therefore the rings are already seated,your not going to make it run faster by beating it,its a myth these days. The rings seat...

    Ok I have been hooking the "legs" to the outside of the pulley. Should I be hooing it to the inside? where the pulley spokes are? :shrug: Please help :(

    Both of those look exactly like the one I got,am I not using it right? When I tighten the center bolt it starts pull the legs away from the dampner till fianlly the legs pop off. If I welded it where the crome pieces are so they don't move then it seems it would work. It seems like it naturally...

    Well my auto zone three prong puller doesn't seem to be working :notnice: ,it says it has a 7 inch spread but as you tighten it pops the prongs off. Does anybody know of a puller that works flawlessly and where do I get it. :bang:

    Predator or SCT: Can either of these turn off the TCS permanently?

    SCT dyno tuners can take it out of the program,or if you get the "racers package" you can do it yourself. You can't do it with the regular quicktune program.

    Also I haven't seen anything in the instructions about the belt tensioner,how do you relieve tension to put the belt back on? I don't see a nut/bolt or anything to crank on...

    I think it is a part of the "torque managment" to save the drivetrain from "abuse". Just get in the habit of turning it off,anytime I feel like getting on it or racing somone the first thing I do is turn off the TCS.

    Thanks guys :nice: ,I'm also thinking about putting the balancer bolt back in half way without the spacer but I'm wondering if that will be too much for the threads :shrug: . I will try the socket Idea tonight.

    I would take it to a dyno tuner,with as many mods as you have I wouldn't trust a canned tune.

    Dyno test have shown a significant improvement with Long tubes...is it worth the JBA high price...thats up to you. I'm waiting for cheaper long tubes to come out.

    :stupid: I had to drive home 150 miles from picking my car up,so I kept going from 4th to 5th to 4th and I changed speeds alot also going from 60 to 70 to 80 and back down all the way home,I stopped once to give her a break. Up to 250 miles I varied rpm alot,even reved it high but not under...
