    Okay that code 93 tps low voltage ..would also cause the car to loose power just as the code 23 would. Check for broken wires at the tps sensor harness or bad/broken wires on the tps sensor.

    Help Identifying Evr

    It's behind the strut tower it has a vented cap on top of it and it has a vacuum line that goes to the egr valve. The TAD/TAB solenoids are together side by side under the egr vacuum control solenoid. So the egr will be the one at the top.

    Out of all the codes you got the code 31 would cause the hesitation/stumble on a cold engine or warm engine.     Try to check for codes..i have never seen the IAC to cause any mustang to rev to 5000 rpm and stay revved up.. i would check for a sticking throttle blade/bad tps.

    Make sure that all of the spark plug wire boots fully on the plug/make sure you hear a click. Also what wires are you running? I ask because i hope you are not using ford racing wires the wires look good but they don't last long..i know. Also it could be broken vacuum lines on the passenger side...

    You may be better off buying a reman distributor from autozone or advance auto..they are cheap and plus you get a limited lifetime warranty. If you decide to buy one make sure you ask for the one with a steel gear..because they have two different distributors.Why i don't know ..since 5.0 roller...

    Is it a ticking noise ? if so check the header bolts. Also did you retorque the intake and the headers after you warmed it up? And can you post a vid of it. It would be helpful.

    Yes it should rattle..so it's good..also you could clean the breather with carb cleaner but for $3 or $ 4 dollars you could just replace it.
