    autcross and roadrace guys....

Tires first! Then I'd say Brakes and subframe connectors, then springs, shocks, C/C plates, LCA's, bumpsteer kit. After that panhard bar then a torque arm. Delrin bushings for the front control arms to get rid of any deflection in the rubber bushings. Maximum Motorsport steering shaft and...

    buying car over online

Recently bought a 2004 Navigator for my parents off of ebay. Bought it from a dealership that also sold their cars on ebay. Took about a month for the navi to arrive at my parents house but it was flawless. Simply wired the money to their bank account, and it was shipped using an auto...

What a disappointing night. My timingcover/waterpump horror. Please help!

I agree that a helicoil might do wonders to fix it. If its already put together and you used some silicon sealant on it, that may be good enough to hold, then if it does leak, go ahead and tear it off again and do it right.

    A Good Paint Job = ?$

A little while ago, I looked into getting mine repainted back to Laser Red, OEM quality. Found a reputable body shop, and they quoted me $3,500. Needless to say, I didn't get it done, but getting a good paintjob ain't gonna be cheap.

    PS pump question

to tell the truth, I don't know why ford would create 2 different steering racks for the V6 and the GT model unless the GT one somehow performed better. I guess I didn't really answer your question, but here's a bump ttt for ya.

    What disc brake set up?

The cobra brake kit is a good upgrade from stock and adds a lot of confidence for daily driving. It's definitely worth your time, effort, and money. If you can cough of the extra dough, go for the Brembo kit or better.

    Anybody else have this problem?

I just tried replying to a message a while ago in the quick reply window, and everytime I clicked "submit post" it would bring a pop-up advertisement for some insurance thing. It was the same website that had a banner just above the quick reply window. Had to go back out to the main forum then...

Another Intake Spacer Question And I Searched

What kind of hood is it that you have lined up? Cobra R hood? How much rise? An inch or two ought to give you what you need. Also, I have tall valve covers and on the passenger side, I gotta swing the alternator out of the way to get at it. Not a big deal.

255 Fuel Pump Do I Realy Need A Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulater??!!

Fuel pressure ain't controlled by the 'puter. Its kinda one of those things you gotta set at the beginning kinda like base timing. You can tune to adjust for fuel pressure that's off, but that's kind of a band-aid fix.
