    before you go out and buy anything you might want to invest some quarters into the local car wash pressure washer. add some of that degreasing agent and pressure rinse it. let it dry before taking it out and see if that made any difference. Don't use any oil on your belt.

    park your car on some clean asphault. look for a little puddle of oil and follow it up into the engine compartment. a flashlight and a rag will be useful. check your oil pan for leaks. good luck you may also pressure wash your engine before you do this to make it easier on you.
